FSJ ShoesReviews of fsjshoes.com

Beware these are cheap shoes that are not well made and look cheap in real life. Do not get fooled as all their pictures are not what you will get on delivery, AND if you don't like the shoe or if there was an error on their part sending you the wrong shoe, you will pay for return shipping your cost. This is my second pair I had to return back to back. Also shipping time delivery is 4-5 weeks after you pay.

Extremely disappointed from this shoe seller, as I ordered from the website my wedding shoes. When the goods arrived, I was totally shocked by their poor-quality look. It does not match the price tag of 70 euros. When I decide to return them for refund, I was told that return fees would be on me. Even though the cheap quality was from their side. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!! Total scam. A very unhappy customer.

The item will arrive but very cheap quality looks completely Fake so what’s the point ??

Awfully low quality! China made artificial leather, smelling badly of low quality glues. But are sold at a price for genuine leather product. The boots I ordered have completely different heels. On the website image they looked like wooden heels. In reality - wrapped in plastic foil heels. Awful!!! The color is off, the size is larger than normal. I also wish I read the reviews before I ordered. I can't send them back to USA because I have to pay for tje return and I'll lose 2/3 of the cost I paid.

I wish I read the reviews here before buying. Horrible, horrible, horrible. Not only did they arrive smelling of HEAVY PAINT, but the size was NOT THE SIZE I ORDERED. On top of them messing it up and getting it completely wrong, I am expected to pay for returning the package! The sizes they display as a conversion rate is WRONG and NOT AS PER INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS. I am not going to even bother returning these, and will just throw them in the garbage where they belong. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. HORRIBLE QUALITY, HORRIBLE SERVICE.

A waste of my $124. Shoe did not arrive in time and when it did, what a mess! Quality is 100% not what is advertised on their website. Looks very cheap and roughly made. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered shoes on February 12th. It is May 6th, and I still don't have shoes. The only communication from FSJ beyond my original purchase confirmation, has been in response to my inquiries. I have inquired several times and I'm assured that the shoes will arrive in 15 days. I understand that the COVID-19 crisis has impacted shipping, but why keep telling me it is on the way?

I ordered a pair of custom made shoes on March 18. They were advertised in their pictures of vintage designs. a black and ivory vintage shoe with a taller heel. I custom made them by asking for a 1" heel (extra $50) and to make them red and ivory. The $79.99 pair of shoes were now $129.99 plus tax and shipping. They contacted me to make certain the color and heel. I looked forward to receiving them. I didn't read the reviews here on Trustpilot but to look at them on the FSJ website they have a 4.9 star rating out of 5 (of over 12,000 ratings). Their ordering process made me think it was a British company...a London address, references to Euros and the UK, etc. They charged my account immediately. I got them in about a month..from DHL shipping FROM CHINA!!! When I opened the box I was so disappointed.. The first thing I noticed was the heel. It was not a heel at all...it was fashioned like a wedge---no separate heel...just a long sole from toe to back . The "Red" was orange. The shoe size was a good 3/4" too long. There were visible nails pounded into the bottom of the heels. The ties at the top of my instep were way too big that even when tied as tight as I could get them, I could fit my fingers under them. There's NO way I could walk in them. I read their return policy and did everything it said. For starters, neither of their phone numbers worked. I was instructed to email them and I was given an address for the return (at my expense). Luckily, I was to return them to Las Vegas, NV...NOT CHINA! (Thank God). I insured them and certified it so they would have to sign for it when they received it. I got an email that they were deducting $50 (For customs fee) plus the handlng fee from my refund. I complained that they didn't fit but that didn't matter.Because it was a custom shoe, they could not resell it. So my $144 investment was only refunded $79.99! I had to pay $20 to send them back. NOWHERE on their return instructions does it talk about being responsible for a customs fee. I think they just wanted to keep as much of their sale as they could. Anyway...I purchased these through PayPal and they approved to reimburse my $20 return shipping fee, The other $65 I am out! I found another custom shoe site which has its shoes made in Eastern Europe out of leather. I contacted them and asked if there are any hidden fees if my shoes didn't fit. They said no and advertised Easy Returns. No custom fees. Sounds good to me. Don't bother with FSJ Shoes. I certainly never wlll again.
