Got a pair of boots with 3" heels, one of the heels broke the first time I wore them. I took them to a cobbler, who pointed out that they were made so shoddily that if he fixed them they would just break all over again. I tried getting a refund, but their support email just kept asking me to send them "clearer photos" - I kept sending more and more photos until they finally just stopped responding to my emails.

This site looks like it’s not legit . It seems to be a scam and please do not order from this site. There are no actual contacts nor anyone that answers the phone. It looks fraudulent by seeing the payment method option given only check / money order or PayPal

I contacted FSJ customer service before ordering a shoe to get help and some clear answers. They claim that a shoe can be purchased in standard sizing if in stock, the in stock shoe can be altered in different ways for extra money, or an entirely custom made version. When I started to ask basic questions to correctly place an order the whole thing started to fall apart. I ask what height is the heel of the shoe in stock? I want to know if I need to pay more for the height I need. They did not know. They could only give me an estimate of what the height of the shoe was. I asked the length of the straps in order to know if I need to pay extra for the special sizing. They said they did not know how long was the strap on the shoe. I asked if the leather pack option they charge $40 was for real grain leather or bonded leather that cracks and peels. During their three replies they ignored that question entirely. I asked what is the best way to handle my order if the shoes do not fit because they can not give me any solid information about them. They could not answer that question at all. They just responded with a link to the shoe. How can you claim to make me custom shoes if you can not offer any basic information about the that shoe in the standard size you claim you have in stock? How can you claim to make custom items if you can not discuss measurements? The back and forth communication was pointless so I decided to look for reviews. It seems here I have found my answer.

This company is a scam ‼️ Ordered a pair of shoes and got a fake shipping number never received my boots ! And I payed 125$ is crazy how people really out here scamming with peoples hard earned money I’m pissed

This company is a rip off. I ordered several pairs of shoes from them, and each time there was an irreconcilable issue followed by a guarantee that it would be corrected with the next order. I recommend you stay far away from this company as possible. I have three pairs of heels that broke completely while walking. This company also has very poor communication.

Horrible shoes. I payed 30 Euro for Express Shipping. Shipping took 5 weeks. To send it back to the States cost another 55 Dollars. This is unexpectable. Neger again

very bad shoes. take so long for receive them, wrong size. Now after all this i need to pay for return it!!!I regret so badly bought in this crappy place. i feel so bad with myself for don't read the reviews before. Be aware of this deceptive site

I ordered the pumps with the stones. When I received the pumps the area where the stones should be lined up was crooked. I sent FSJ a picture of the two shoes; the error and difference in the two shoes & the picture were very clear. I expected FSJ to exchange the shoes that were not worn. They told me the shoes were flawless and I was out of the exchange time frame. I previously ordered from them and truthfully never had any issues. But this incident was completely disgusting! 1) These shoes were for my birthday celebration. 2) I spent $120 on shoes that I can’t wear because of a big noticeable flaw. I will never spend another dollar here, I am upset that I even invested my money into this trash company! Never Again!
