Terrible service and product, do not buy from FSJ Shoes! I ordered a pair of shoes from FSJ Shoes on Nov 25th, 2023. According to their website, the standard orders can take up to 3 business days to process, and 5-12 working days for the shipping time. However, it took them 6 business days to process my order, and I received it on Dec 26th, 2023, 22 days later! That’s unacceptable! To make matters worse, the shoe I received was too big for the size that I always wear. It was poorly made and looked nothing like the picture on their website. I emailed them 3 times to request a return label, but they never replied. They are ignoring me and refusing to give me a refund. They are more like a fraud than a legitimate business! I do not recommend this irresponsible company.

TERRIBLE experience, and this company based out of China seems like a complete fraud. I ordered 4 pairs of shoes as a gift on Dec. 12th, and 3 1/2 weeks later, I cannot even get the merchant to confirm an APPROXIMATE delivery date - the merchant's response to my inquires is "can you wait a little longer" ... HUH?? The "tracking" website they provide doesn't even seem legitimate, and their shipping "carrier" isn't even a recognized one like UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc. I disputed the charges with my bank, and they said the entire transaction looked suspicious because the merchant didn't charge ANY tax, which is required by LAW. I would advise you to NOT purchase from this merchant, there is ZERO communication - go to your local shoe outlet or mall instead!!!

There isn't even an option for no stars. DO NOT BUY from this company. I purchased a pair of shoes and they were too small. Prior to return/exchange, they ask that you email them. I emailed 4-5 times before the return policy was up but there was never any response. It seems like their goal is to cheat customers out of their money by ignoring them.

Still waiting on refund . Paid for expedited shipping and everything and they said my shoes will not arrive by my birthday. Total disappointment. Customer service very unprofessional if they even respond.

You cant return shoes. No matter what & one of the shoes were damaged. The website directs you to an email address to request a return and they NEVER respond. Plus for China they are very over priced.
