On the oxford shoe with heel the stitching above the heel is a bit to the side, making it feel like you're wearing your shoes on the wrong feet. The sole of one shoe is slightly bigger. For the price 200+, I was expecting a better quality, very hard to put on.

I had ordered the shoes in a different color - but there was some confusion regarding Royal Blue and Navy Blue. They responded to my email very quickly and sent out another pair of shoes in a darker color. The communication was great!

I initially had a problem with the order. The shoes were too big, but the vendor resolved the issue right away by sending me the correct size just in time for a special event and the shoes are gorgeous!!!! Definitely worth the wait.

I bought Natyia Emerald shoes, size 8; took them out of packaging this morning and have worn them all day. Absolutely great, and obviously so comfortable! Sadly the Valore Purple size 8 shoes are too big, and will have to be returned. Will purchase size 7. 18 June update : money refunded for Valore Purple without any drama. Thank you :-)

I was offered a 10% discount but when I completed the order I wasn't allowed to use the 10% because there was an approximate 7% discount. Also please reduce the number of email offers - there are too many clogging my inbox.
