I LOVE THE SHOE OPTIONS!!! But the website itself is not user friendly!! It’s very slow and it freezes a LOT and kicks me off pages or out of my logged in account and have to sign back in a lot and there’s no way to “save” shoes you like on a wishlist or anything for future reference which is a bummer. There’s over 60 pages of shoes to choose from which is amazing but difficult when you find a handful of shoes you like but then have to go back through pages and pages to find them again if you don’t purchase them the moment you find them. Overall I like the shoe options though. I’ve only recently discovered FSH Shoes and I have petite feet so I am excited to receive my first order I placed today, as for the quality etc I have nothing to review just yet but I have high hopes. Just fix the service quality of your website to be more user friendly because it freezes a lot which is frustrating.

I received an email thanking me for using PayPal. The problem is that I do not possess a PayPal account. Do I need to inform my bank of this?

They rectified a problem i had with another order and made the shoes i ask for which fit great and look great, seems to be good quality

FSJ makes quality boots. No question. I ordered two pairs from them in the middle of December and they are as pictured on their web site. My problem was that they made the boots I purchased and both pairs got lost in transit. I expected to get them about a month after I ordered them as they are made to order and then they had to ship them halfway around the world. I received the second pair almost two months to the day after I ordered them. Their customer service was excellent as after the first pairs were both lost they made second pairs and shipped them expedited and once shipped they made their way to me in less than a week. I love both pairs although they are kind of snug for the normal size I wear. If you're going to go this route and order boots direct from China I would recommend Onlymaker versus FSJ because Onlymaker also makes high quality boots but they got to me much quicker and they're about half as expensive as FSJ.

I love the online shopping experience. So many options! I have small feet, so the ability to buy shoes that fit is brilliant! I have bought three pairs of shoes (fourth on the way) & the quality is excellent. I’d love a few more filter options when searching, just because there are so many shoes to see! ♥️ Thank you,
