I hate this company y’all suck and your heels ain’t worth a penny

I read some reviews here AFTER I placed my order from FSJshoes. I was ripped off by an Internet based company one time, so this made me nervous. I wrote 4 tickets contacting customer service at FSJ shoes during the time between placing the order and receiving my shoes. They promptly answered all four "tickets" as they call their "contact us" method. I decided not to let them know I was concerned. I asked questions about the shoes, they answered them. I am happy to report the shoes did arrive in about 28 days. They did let me know the arrival time would take a little longer since they were going to actually make the shoes. I was fine with that reality and willing to wait the extra time. In the back of my mind I was just hoping this was all going to be true. The shoes are exactly as described. I had a very hard time believing they were actually going to make them in my size, which is USA MEN'S 11/ EU45. They DID MAKE THEM fresh, I can smell the glue and products. They are made well. I would grade the quality at about a 95% out of 100%. This is a style I have wanted for many years and I am thrilled they actually did make them. The price was very fair. The only thing that would make the experience better would be to provide the tracking numbers as the numbers changed going from carrier to carrier. The shoes are here, they are as ordered, and I am pleased. I have every intention or ordering more shoes and boots from them. I do recommend them.

Selvom Post Nord tager urimelige gebyrer for, at opkræve en smule moms (gebyr = 5 x den opkrævede moms) må jeg sige, at min oplevelse med FSJ shoes har været helt igennem positiv. Hurtig respons og en ualmindeligt venlig og hjælpsom medarbejder gør, at jeg helt sikkert kan anbefale FSJ shoes! Bedre behandling kan jeg ikke mindes, at have fået fra noget firma til dato! Absolut ikke sidste gang, jeg handler der!
