I want to say I was very happy with my experience with Nicepairs and FSJ shoes. I had not heard of this company but was searching for my wedding shoes. I found a beautiful pair with rhinestones and absolutely fell in love with it. The sizing can get a bit tricky was the only thing. I thought I would not hear from anyone and would be stuck with the too big shoes. However Ms. Xueqin was nothing short of amazing! She was very quick in the email communications and went above and beyond what I expected to get the situation resolved in a timely manner so I can have the gorgeous shoes in time for my wedding. I am very appreciative. The shoes are so pretty I would like to say thank you for taking care of me and extend my appreciation to Ms. Xueqin. I will for sure buy from your company again
