The customer service is great. The shoe is beautiful and great quality.

I had questions and concerns with the fit. They were so helpful and got back to me quickly.

There was a mixup with the delivery service and I needed my shoe asap for a special event. I spoke with a representative of FSJ and they understood my situation. They actually reprocessed my order and requested expedited shipping! I received my shoe in time for my event and I absolutely love my shoe!! 😍😍 Their customer service exceeded my expectations, so I will be shopping with FSJ moving forward. They are trustworthy and keep their word!!

The shoes look exactly as advertised! Great quality! And the customer service is excellent!

The boots are lovely and fit my foot perfectly. However the fishnet portion was disproportionately too large for my leg. I contacted the company by email and explained the situation. I received a prompt response and they are remaking them to fit correctly. Communication was positive and courteous. I would buy from FSJ again for service and the quality of the product.

The great thing about this company is when the sizing was not right, they sent another pair of shoes at no cost to me. That is great customer service.
