I placed my order February 22nd and I have NOT received any shoes yet. There's no way to contact customer service. I will NEVER order again. The tracking number doesn't tell u ANYTHING. I feel scammed!!!!

This is one of the worst online businesses I've been scammed by. I'm very sure that their reviews here are not by real customers. Purchased boots in A SIZE LARGER than what I wear to leave room for socks. Couldn't get my foot into the boot. Contacted the company and they wanted me to pay to send the boots back. Chinese quality boots and sizing. Poor customer service. I didn't even receive a receipt after purchasing. I had to email them for a receipt and waited a month for the boots. They asked if I wanted to pick something else out and keep the boot. The boot was $169 for fake leather. Why wouldn't I want my money back? And why would I want to get another pair of boots that are not properly sized? The "vegan" leather is like a hard doll plastic that does not give. It does not look close to being leather. And fake leather should not cost this much. This is just another social media scam company that sends low quality junk from China. Save your money!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from FSJ Shoes. I placed an order on February 14 and paid $174.30 in full for a pair of custom boots. After placing the order, I received only a confirmation email and no updates for weeks about the status of my purchase. When I contacted customer support about the delay, they told me the shoes had finally shipped but blamed the logistics company for the issue. Instead of offering a proper solution, they only offered a $30 partial refund on a $174 order. As a customer, I expected better communication and service. Waiting weeks with no updates and then being offered a small partial refund is frustrating and disappointing. I hope FSJ Shoes improves their customer service and communication for future buyers. At the moment, I cannot recommend ordering from this company.

I placed an order on February 4. I received an email that my order shipped on February 9th. I was sent a tracking number but no update on where my package is. I sent an email to FSJ BUT NO RESPONSE! I need my package before February 27th for an important event! This is totally ridiculous!!! I tried to reach out to the courier but nothing at this point I need a refund!

On January 10th, I placed an order and paid $141.25. Since then, I have received not a single email, no order confirmation, no tracking number, and absolutely no information about where my package is or when (if ever) it will arrive. No communication, no support, no transparency. Just silence after taking my money. This looks like a complete scam. Avoid this website at all costs.

The shoes I ordered were too small. I emailed them wanting my refund however they said the shipping would be international and better if I were to exchange them . They said they would air them so the new pair of boots fit, asked for my measurements. I did that and the 2nd pair of boots was worst off then the first pair. They did not fit! After all these they finally said to return both boots back to a Las Vegas address which is not internationally. I could have avoided this by returning only one to begin with and now they expect me to ship out both ?! Don't order with them. They have out of country representatives that only reply back at 3am .
