I ordered shoes for my wedding dress and once I got them they did not match. I emailed the company right away and told them I want to return them. 4 interactions later and they have yet to provide me an address. I just keep getting the run around and probably will until it’s past the point where I can return them. Asking if I want 20% off and then 40% off. No! I want to return the shoes! Do not buy from this company. Very poor customer service.

I don’t even want to give ONE star for this incompetent company!! I ordered what appeared to be beautiful silver flats for my daughters wedding for $68.99 and paid an extra $15 for them to be shipped within 2-5 business days. For starters, the shoes were shipped after SIX business days and once I did receive them I found them to be of VERY poor quality! There is brown thread across the top of the shoe (which was nowhere to be seen in the original photo online) and what looks like gobs of glue in the straps that cover the toes. FSJ Shoes is refusing to return my money. I wish I could post photos to show but I see no option for that. Never again!! This is a SCAM!!!

Paid rush shipping and when I emailed them several days later when the shoes had arrived they still hadn't shipped. Asked to cancel and they said they would put the money back in my account within a week. After two weeks I filed a claim with PayPal and they investigated and put the money back in my account. SCAM! Don't put yourself through the trouble of dealing with them. Update: The customer service is about like their response to my review, way behind. Can't believe they would even have a rebuttal 5 years later.

I ordered 3 pair of shoes at FSJ on March 10th, this was one of them. The picture on the homepage is completely fake, the heels look totaly different - like cheap china production what it really is! The shipping was from China, so I could refused the other two parcels, due to the immense additional taxes. I had to send the shoes back at my own expences and didn't get any refund until today (June the 6th). Watch out and Hands off!!

I ordered 2 pair of shoes through PayPal, when checking the fsj sight it kept saying I don't have any orders. I sent an email and they told me fsj shows are made upon order. The status never changed. I complained to paypal and got an invoice stating my shoes are going to be shipped by ups, it stated I needed to have a signature and I wasnt home. I tried to sign for the package online or change the address, because the sender filled out the wrong information I couldn't do anything. I went to pick up my shoes from the access center, low and behold, I had one pair of shoes. Where are my 2nd pair of shoes. My invoice said 2 pairs. This company will steal your money if you are not aware. I am so upset. You cant trust anyone.

I'm so sorry I did not use a company like TrustPilot before I placed my order with FSJ. DO NOT USE THE SERVICES OF THIS COMPANY! IT IS A SCAM BUSINESS RUN OUT OF CHINA, AND NO AFFILIATE IN THE US AS REPRESENTED BY ADDRESSES LISTED. In April I ordered two pairs of shoes and paid through Paypal. After several weeks I only receive l pair of heels in the wrong color with half of the sole coming loose on one side. Second pair was not in the box even though invoice noted it should have been shipped. No explanation of non-delivery was in package. Customer service number was bogus. Email attempts to listed customer support address did not go through either. I will be filing a dispute with Paypal to get my money back. Worst online ordering experience ever. I want a full refund!
