DISAPPOINTED!!! Found perfect wedding shoes and purchased in January. It is now March. I have yet to receive a tracking number. Just requested to cancel my order due to slow/lack of service and shipping. I am usually patient with orders but this is ridiculous. I really wish I didn't give them money first! Who knows if I'll even get my refund! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON FSJ SHOES!!!

Very poor fitting & uncomfortable shoe. I doubt anyone in their quality control even tested them before they released them....Returns apparently are to go to Las Vegas, which costs more than the shoes!!!!!!

I ordered a pair of shoes on 2/1/2019. I should have received them on 2/21/2019. Acccording to the website. The order has not been processed as of this date of 2/25/2019. I just requested a refund. Wish I had read reviews before I gave up my money!!!! There should be a way that these reviews would show up to potential customers before they make the mistake of making orders and tying up their money.

I purchased a pair of shoes from FSJ on December 29, 2018 and was told I should have them around January 15, 2019. Prior to the 15th, the company sent me a tracking number for the shipment, but I noticed the shipment wasn't advancing through the shipping process, leading me to believe the shipment was either lost or was never sent by FSJ. When I inquired about the problem, FSJ said they would replace the shipment if I still hadn't received anything by February 11, 2019. I told them that was unacceptable, at which point they said I'd have my shoes by January 31. Needless to say, Jan. 31 came and went and... still no shoes. The (possibly false?) tracking number still shows no sign of advancement/movement on the shipment. I complained to the company again, and this time I demanded a full refund. FSJ is now refusing to refund my money. The company claims the shipment is being held up by U.S. Customs in Chicago. Since FSJ will be closed from Feb. 1 through Feb. 10 for Chinese New Year, it will be weeks before I get my money refunded, if ever. In the past I have purchased other items from Chinese companies without any problems. FSJ is simply terrible company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH FSJ SHOES. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

For the love of god. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Absolutely awful quality of shoes. They sent the wrong size and I cut myself when trying them on because a metal eyelet was not put in properly, so they was a sharp metal dagger ripping my skin as I tried them on. The glue they used is so strong, it gave me an instant migraine. Then they had they cheek to ask me to pay for a return to LA. I fully disputed it and told them my mind. Now I'm telling you - DONT buy from this company!!!

Ordered a pair of boots from these folks. Quality was poor and looked nothing like the picture. Workmanship was horrible. The braided area on the inside was not lined and it hurt my feet like hell. It came reaking of glue, and the straps were falling apart. Then they had the nerve to offer me a percentage off. No way in the world I was going to keep such a horrible looking boots, even if it was free. Then they make pay for return shipping for a damaged boots. What a horrible experience and knockoff. They need to do better.

I purchased the FJS Patent Leather Leopard Print Heel pointed toe Stiletto about a year ago. I wore them for the first time yesterday. When I was at work, the heel broken on the right shoe. I wondered because I had purchased another pair of FSJ shoes through amazon and they did the same. In fact, I ended up having to exchange them twice and the second time I wore them the 3rd pair broke as well. I took off the shoe and of course, an FSJ shoe. I have about 5 pairs I have purchased and the only two I have worn is these two that have broken. It was always in the same place and the same right shoe. I know it has been well over 30 days however, their shoes are defective. I am also writing amazon because they have received back two of the same shoes that I purchased (FSJ Shoes) with the same broken heel. I have 3 more pair for sure that I have purchased from this company and have never worn. I am scared to wear them based upon the other two shoes. I am writing amazon regarding the pair I purchased through them. I will say that my experience was so bad with them from the beginning (it took months for me to get the shoes and I ordered them for a specific occasion. When I continued to contact you regarding the shoes not arriving they kept saying their machines were down. I asked over and over for a refund and they continued to say the machines were down. I did not get the shoes in time for the event that I purchased them for, that is probably why I have not worn them. The company needs to refund my money and send me a return label so I can send back the defective shoes. The ones I ordered through amazon, I know they will return because they know the show to be defective.

I am another unfortunate customer of this terrible company. I also paid for express shipping and didn’t receive my shoes until 20 days later. My shoes also smelled like cheap glue. FSJ refuses to refund my express shipping charge. So I went on vacation without my shoes I’ve been wanting soo bad and waiting so long for. I can not comment on quality as of now but I can say it doesn’t look like $100 pair of shoes. Comfort I can not comment on either. Customer service is awful! I would suggest looking at Timberland or Uggs. I found some cute booties that I am sure will be top quality,quick shipping , and would provide an excellent customer experience.
