The most dishonest company. Order some shoes, took 3 months to get them and they looked absolutely nothing like the photo. Returned them with my money within the 30 days and never received a refund.

I purchased a pair of shoes for £85 on the 3rd march 2019 and I’m still waiting for my order not to mention this company is in china and also not to mention the 6 emails stating my order was shipped early then they would supply a tracking number .... the tracking number came 10 days later ... the tracking number stated my order was still in its originating country which is china and to add insult to injury when i confronted FSJ SHOES the bleep bleep bleep said the tracking had not been updated so i called Royal Mail and they confirmed my order was still in CHINA lol luckily i purchased my shoes via PAYPAL and they have now raised a dispute in return of my money so please please please DO NOT ORDER OR INTRODUCE ANYONE TO THIS FAKE FAKE FAKE FAKE SITE AS THEY ARE BLEEPING BLEEP BLEEP BLEEP BLEEP SCAMMERS.

The worse. You can’t call this company, you can’t email them. Do not buy anything from FSJ, just wasted over $100 and the will not respond to the fact that they send me shoes I did not order in a size four times the size of my feet

I really don’t want to give any stars but unfortunately I have to this company is a scam and I wish I would have saw the reviews before I bought anything I’m made with myself but now my credit card company is disputing this and also making sure these dummies don’t try to take out more money it’s so sad that people make a living out of this is not cool and I’m hoping they don’t send me anything because I’m just going to return it right back

I was a member of their affiliate program. I've earned money by getting a commission from the sales, now they just don't accept to pay that money to me. I sent numerous e-mails to the FSJ support, but they just didn't reply. I feel bad and sorry i didn't read the reviews about this company before working with them. Try to avoid them!!

I wish I read the reviews before ordering from this awful company!!! I didn't realise the shoes were coming from China, took ages to arrive and looked nothing like the photo! When I wanted to return them I was told I had to post them at my cost to Las Vegas - that would cost me almost same as the shoes, no support, awful, total shambles!!

Do not order from this company! My shoes arrived two months late smelling like a chemical factory, cheaply made and were at least a size and a half too big. I have a claim to get my money back and they are impossible to reach by phone and when they respond through email, They tell you to send back but won’t pay for shipping. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. AVOID FJS SHOES

Hi Everyone I placed my order 10day ago and I contacted them asking about A tracking number so I can Check my order so someone responded talking about I will receive it Monday because I email them last Saturday I still haven’t even received a update tracking information nothing so I contacted them again Yesterday 3/26/19 in Regards to my order because I Placed the order for My Birthday still giving me the Run around now they talking about the contacted the post office too speed up my shipping process Still Nothing at this point Im over it. So I contacted them again today 3/27/19 asking for a refund. This company Is Bad For Business😡 On Every Level they post up the good reviews on they suite when I Never seen these reviews until today. FSJ Is Fost Advertising Ladies Not Good For Business. We are the customers and this is not cool I will be fileing me a Complaint. This place Gets No Starts From me.
