Sneaky, underhanded bullies. If i could give negative stars, I would. I ordered from them and, two weeks later, I'm still waiting around like "I didnt receive a purchase confirmation, nor a shipping confirmation, nor my item," so I emailed them. No response. Finally, I open a paypal case and demand a refund and these fools wait another week and ship the item, not honoring my request for a refund, nor acknowledging their f-up, as they waited three weeks just to ship!!! Later, it says it's "delivered," but no item is to be found. I dont trust sellers like this, nor am I happy with how paypal handled this case and am reconsidering even using them again. I will be going through my bank in the next business day, but I will never shop here again. In addition to my issues, my sister in law ordered from them at the same time I did and her shoes arrived; they fit two sizes smaller than they claimed, and they looked to be worth about $15, as opposed to the $70 she spent! Don't order here! Crap, crap, crap, all-around crap business!

I ordered a pair of gladiator sandals from FSJ and received them while away on business. When I returned, I tried them on, they didn't fit correctly on my legs and contacted FSJ for a return, they said NO, you are out of the 30 day return policy. I explained that these shoes had never been worn at all and they still wouldn't budge. I AM NOT IMPRESSED WITH THE SHOE QUALITY OR THE CUSTOMER SERVCE. DO NOT BUY FROM FSJ, NOT WORTH IT.

I ordered a UK size 7. My order was over 2 weeks late in arriving, once they finally arrived they were not the size I ordered. I received a UK size 6. On emailing the company to let them know of the mistake I was basically called a liar and that I didn’t have a size 6 and they didn’t offer me any way to help me send them the shoes back and have been very rude, unhelpful and I am very angry that they are calling me a liar. Avoid this company at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!

THESE SHOES ARE COMPLETELY HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! They are NOT magenta as projected... they are pink, poor quality, and has an oversized heel strap that can't be adjusted! You should be ashamed of yourself and I will ensure that I assist in that process!

This company cancelled my order after 8 days for no reason. When I emailed them they simply said they couldn’t deliver them to my country, despite it being listed on their website. Their customer support was 1 sentence by someone with poor English, who clearly wanted to get rid of me ASAP. After reading the other reviews here I consider myself lucky I got a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I should have read the reviews before placing the order. I ordered them on Thursday 13th should have arrived by 18th, I paid extra £11.60 for express delivery 2-5 days and now they tell me and I quote " they may not arrive by Friday. Maybe you can use the shoes for your next event". Now I wait to see the product....surprise surprise

This company is a total SCAM!! I purchased shoes that looked super cute in the photo. Once they arrived, I realized they were way too steep for me and attempted to return them. I was told I could not get a refund because they had posted the heel height correctly and that “maybe I didn’t read the description correctly.” How demeaning and disrespectful. You would think this company like others would work towards pleasing their customers to keep them coming back. This company obviously has policies and practices to push their future customers AWAY. Don’t spend your money on these items - you won’t get any help from customer service at all and they will take your money and then make you feel like the purchase was your fault. What??! Stay away.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered shoes that my daughter wanted for her graduation. Their shipping time is wrong. When I ordered the shoes I selected 10 day shipping. When i got the confirmation email, it said they had to make the shoes, 3-7 days, then shipping would be 15 days! I tried to contact them 3 times over 3 days to change the shipping but they didn't respond. I found a different address on BBB, no response. I got a different email on PayPal and tried 2 times to cancel the order before they shipped...no response. We got the shoes 2 days after graduation; after I had to find similar shoes for my daughter. I used the PayPal email to try to return them and get my money back.... no response. I opened a case with PayPal last night. This morning, they said the seller had already contacted them with proof that the shoes shipped!!! Apparently, they only get back to you if you're PayPal. Follow up, after I posted this, I got an email from PayPal that they denied my case because the seller showed proof of shipping.
