At first, I had a bit of trouble with the shipping. I reached out to the company through email and they resent the shoes for me. The customer service was good. When I eventually got the shoes, they were really good quality, so it was worth the wait.

I love the variety of options and I love that all your shoes come in bigger sizes. Being a transgender woman, it is hard for me to find shoes in my size and every shoe that was available came in bigger sizes? So the options were limitless.
