I tried to order shoes from this site! Omg I have no words!! I asked for one thing and they told me they cannot do that even though I asked for elements off their site. The back and forth was ridiculous. I am glad I never ordered off the site!

Ordered shoes prior to reading the reviews so when they arrived 6 weeks later from china not USA my expectations were waiting for bad shoes. And yes they were..soles unstuck nails in heels bad bad. Do not order from this site

Do not purchase from this company!! I ordered a pair of shoes and after a month when they still hadn't arrived I messaged them via the email on their PayPal account and got no response. After a week I tried again and when they still didn't respond when onto their website and messaged them through the customer service. They claimed I had not been in contact with them previous. I had asked for a refund and they said they would sort it out. After a few more weeks I still hadn't received anything and messaged them again via the website, they said they had trouble with their account and to not worry the refund will be in soon. Another week still nothing I opened a case with PayPal, fsjshoes then claimed they couldn't process my refund because because I had a claim open and once I closed the claim they would put the refund in straight away. I contacted PayPal who advised to leave the case open. I told fsjshoes I would leave the case open paypal had said they could process the refund easily, they replied with well we will wait and decide what PayPal decide.... I escalated the claim and 1 month later paypal decided in my favour and issued my refund. Save your money!! I nearly lost $100 and the stress was not worth it! Never, ever buying from them again!

Do not buy on this website. They steal your money. I bought some shoes that took three months to arrive, and when they arrived they are something totally different from what they presented on the website. The quality of the shoes is terrible. I contacted them to return them, and they answered me that they do not make returns.

IF, you are considering ordering from this company- READ MY REVIEW- it might save you heartburn and money! First, I had read all the reviews prior to my order. I knew they were sketchy (being nice) at best! Slow delivery, poor quality, not receiving product, and poor refunds, plus size problems are some of the major objections! And, if you study their website you will notice most of the shoes shown consist of but 1 photo of the shoes being offered. This is because the shoes shown are generally pictures of "Designer" shoes taken from Vogue, Elle etc. The photos are generally NOT of the shoes manufactured by FSJ! Second, when FSJ says "they are in stock" that is incorrect. What is should say is that they "can make" them! FSJ basically admits this by saying they have to make the shoes. There is no warehouse with all the shoes they list! They have to be made- ie that's the reason many people complain of glue odors etc. Sooooo, knowing all of this, and having some money I could "gamble with", I placed an order for two pairs on Jan 16,2020. The "virus situation" was not known fully at the time. It is now March 16 and I have received 1 pair(March 9) and supposidly the second pair was delivered on Mar 14 (it wasn't)! The pair I received were OK per se, but the straps were too short to wear as shown in the pic. The size was correct and they had no strong odors. However, they apparently came from Chino Ca I believe. FSJ has some "sellers" in the US and perhaps these came from one of those. The shoes were not exactly like the picture but "were close"! I would grade them 85%. But as mentioned the straps were way too short to use as indicated. The second pair were tracked "apparently" to Los Angeles customs, and then indicated as delivered. THEY WERE NOT DELIVERED! So, am I going to return or engage FSJ further- NO! I am sure they deliver some items (I did get one pair) and perhaps some people are satisfied. BUT, for me I proved they are not reputable nor is their product worth gambling on.

There shoes are way over priced. You can buy the same shoes on Wish, DHGATE or AliExpress for way lesser and you’ll receive your order the same time as these companies.

This site is horrible, please trust me do not order from them. I placed an order on January 4th and didn’t receive my shoes until February 6th. I notified the company on January 21st that I will not be in need of the shoes if I didn’t receive them by February 2nd. I was told that they were already in transit and that I can return them. So when I finally received them went to post office to return them I was told I would have to pay $63 the shoes were only $90. So I got with the company to notify them and was told it was nothing they can do. So now I’m just out of $90.

If I could give it no stars i would. They falsely advertise products and send you something completely different quality is horrible!! They will give you the runaround on returning and charge you an insane amount to return it even though they falsely advertise!!! Buyers take your money elsewhere!!
