Responsive customer support
I needed some assistance with my subscription that did require a few back and forth emails, even over the weekend. Responses were quick and issue was resolved. Love the product and love that IF needed, customer support is there to help

A bad situation turned amazing!
I had gotten my order and inside the package was soaked. I opened up the rosemary water and saw it was half gone. I contacted customer service, sent pictures of everything and they were so helpful! The process was super easy and I was told that a replacement was being shipped out to me. Best customer service I’ve had from any company in a very long time.

Excellent communicators!

Does not do anything to me
Anti-Age & Insane Glow Day Balm does not do anything to me! Leaves my skin craving for more moisture. It truly is a small amount you can use, otherwise you'll turn yellow. And it seems that tiny amount is not enough for my skin - no matter how much I warm it between my fingers, add oil, or any other tricks Froya adviced, my skin feels prickly, dry and thirsty after one hour. Have been using daily for a month, will revert back to Luonnotar.com and Flow Cosmetics.
