Product arrived in a beautiful package and I'm enjoying how just a little lentil sized dose of moisturizer goes a long way.
Response from Froya OrganicsMar 31, 2026
Hey Orla! So glad the packaging made a great first impression. And yes, a little lentil sized dose really does go a long way! That's the beauty of concentrated balms. Thank you for sharing! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

The product is a nice balm but it definitely doesn’t do the things it claims to do and it’s not worth the price. I feel like after using the product for a couple of months, my skin looked older. Not that it caused the aging, but maybe wasn’t maintaining as well as my previous products. But here is my real problem with this company: Read the return policy VERY carefully. At least when I made my purchase there were hoops you had to jump through including before and after photos. Additionally, I tried the product on a deal that gave you a discounted price for the first order if you signed up for auto ship (with the understanding that you could cancel anytime). I didn’t want a second shipment but there is no where to cancel on your online account. I had to reach out to the company directly to get it cancelled. And yes, they did cancel it. But they gave me a hard time implying that the reason I got the discounted price is because I agreed to keep getting the product through their auto ship program. It just felt so sleazy. Lastly, there have been SOOOO many good reviews in a such short time, it’s pretty suspect. Almost like it has some AI bot reviewing for them….

Smells Rancid. Old
Response from Froya OrganicsMar 31, 2026
Hey Jeanette, we're sorry to hear that. That's definitely not the experience we want you to have. Our products use natural, organic ingredients and sometimes the scent can vary between batches, but it should never smell off. We'd love to look into this for you. Could you please reach out to our support team so we can make this right? All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

The more hype a product gets, the more I tend to roll my eyes and walk on by. BUT, my skin was looking dry and dull as I enter into menopause. I normally do nothing with my skin and don't wear makeup, but I was having to put some stuff on to give myself "glow". I ended up getting the Froya Mature line and it actually really did give back the "glow" and kind of plumpness I was wanting in my skin. My wrinkles are still there, but my skin looks more alive and I don't need the makeup anymore. I liked it enough to order a second set, and will probably continue to use this. And like many reviewers say -- it lasts a LONG time.
Response from Froya OrganicsMar 31, 2026
Katie, we love your honesty! The eye roll at hype is so real, and that's exactly why we let the products speak for themselves. Getting that glow and plumpness back without needing makeup is exactly what the Mature line is designed for. And the fact that it lasts a LONG time is the cherry on top. So happy you ordered a second set, that tells us everything! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

This product is absolutely incredible! I had awful perioral dermatitis for years with dry, rough, red, itchy skin around my mouth and chin. I’d tried everything from topical washes to prescription creams and nothing helped. The day and night balm literally healed my skin. For someone with dry, sensitive skin this product is a lifesaver!
Response from Froya OrganicsMar 31, 2026
Zoe, reading this honestly gave us chills. After years of struggling with perioral dermatitis and trying everything, knowing that our day and night balm literally healed your skin is beyond what we could hope for. For anyone with dry, sensitive skin like yours, hearing it called a lifesaver means the absolute world. Thank you for sharing your story!! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
