It works! After only 7 days, my 71 year old dry and sensitive skin is beginning to feel soft and more hydrated - and I’ve only been using the night balm. I’ve ordered the day balm and can’t wait for it to arrive

I have pale, cold-toned skin and mahogany red hair. I must say that I have very few wrinkles (a lucky one), but I have delicate skin that is prone to breakouts and quite dry. I ordered the Complete System for Mature Women and the Joint & Muscle Healing Balm, and I received them within one month. I had to wait a considerable amount of time before my order was shipped, as the product was not available. I would have appreciated being informed about the unavailability before placing the order, rather than afterwards. My tracking code was sent the very day I received the package, and this can be widely improved, too, in terms of Guest Relations. The Anti-Age and Insane Glow day balm is soft and pleasant, but I find it a bit too yellowish in color, even when using a minimal amount. However, the yellow tint fades slightly after the first 1-2 hours and becomes more natural on my skin. I had red areas and they nearly immediately started fading, even in half a day, which made me think the product was excellent. I might need to refresh it during the day, however, as it is less moisturizing than my usual serum + cream routine. The Hyper Potent Dark Circle and Bag Eye Treatment was something I had placed a lot of hope in, but up until now, I hadn't seen much difference from my previous eye creams. My computer-fatigued eyes still have bags, and they don't seem to improve at the moment. I am giving it some more time before deciding whether to confirm the subscription or not. The Magic Wrinkle Eraser Night Balm is very nice. It's somewhat sticky, so you need to use it well in advance of going to bed, but it hydrates a lot and leaves the skin soft and regenerated. I loved the Ultra Cleanse and Revive Face scrub: it's delicate and easy to use, in a practical jar with holes on the top, and leaves the skin soft and smooth. My flop buy is perhaps the Joint & Muscle Healing Balm: I got nearly no result at all, but it's possible that I had high expectations, since their website almost promised a miracle. Overall, no breakouts, no allergies, and a good quality that matches the mid-to-premium pricing, at least on the EU market. Guest Help is nice and accountable, ready to answer. Still, the e-commerce sector needs some improvement in communication so that customers feel secure and have realistic expectations regarding delivery times. I would love to know more about the sustainability pledge and where the products are manufactured because the brand claims to be from Northern Europe, while the site clearly states it is based in Texas, USA.

Order arrived a bit late but customer support was great and they helped me track and it arrived in perfect condition. Love the product as a little goes a long way. Skin feels lightly moisturised and pores don’t feel clogged up. Been using it for a week and will definitely go on buying when it runs out.

Their products are extraordinary - my skin has never looked so incredible. Their customer support is also tip to notch! Questions answered well and quickly. Love this company.

Do not use this company. Horrible customer service. Even if you cancel your subscription, they will continue to send product and debit your acct. Very disappointed

my experience with Froya Organics has been seemless and i like their product. My skincare routine was not perfect and now my skin is soaking up their products.
