If you click on their website it can automatically review and charge you then if you want to return it takes 2 months plus to refund m.they really really mess about which is such a shame. If you are happy ots brilliant byt if anything is wrong its extremely hard but keep going as you will eventually get a refund 👍 They also remove negative reviews so they look 💯 positive

I already love and have used almost the full line of Froya products. My favorites are the mature skin line, I keep coming back to it. And because customer service is next level- I look forward to trying future products as well.

Shannon!! The fact that you've tried almost the full line and keep coming back to the mature skin range is the best compliment we could get. And knowing our customer service is keeping you happy too means a lot. We've got exciting things in the pipeline, so stay tuned! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

At first, I didn't like the product due to its intense yellow-orange tint when applied to the face. However, once absorbed, the colour dissapears and it leaves the skin feeling incredibly soft and nourished—there’s a noticeable sense of health and vitality. For best results, I recommend warming a small amount between your palms before gently pressing it on your face. This method helps it absorb quickly. I personally use as a day cream, while in the evening I switch to more hydrating products.

Hey Nina! Thanks for the detailed tips on how you use the day balm. You're so right that warming it between your palms first makes all the difference. The tint does disappear once absorbed, and that soft, nourished feeling is what makes it so special. Love that you've found your perfect routine with it! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
