Great service
Great service - I emailed with a small issue and the support team came back to me within minutes and were on top of the problem immediately. Can't rate them highly enough! Thank you Froya Organics great product, great team! Anna.

Good products combined w good service ❤️
Both my teenage daughter and I LOVE these products for our skin health and appearance👍🏾. I had some issues w duplicate orders that were managed quickly, efficiently, and kindly by the Frøya customer support staff via email. Good products combined w good service are a rare and welcome experience- bravo 👏 Karen, aged 59 and Anna aged 19 years

great product
I do really like this product and think it's helping my skin. Just 3 days into using it, I had someone I work with comment on my face and asked if I did something different,- because she said I looked beautiful.

Great service with immediate response
I needed to pause my subscriptions and was having difficulty doing this online (page kept freezing) so I contacted support and they immediately let me know they had paused my subscription and to just let them know when to reactivate it. Very easy.

Always Positive
Every time I have an issue with my products or just even a question they answer me quickly and beyond efficiently. By far the best company I’ve ever dealt with!! Love going to them with my questions and concerns.

Will renew your subscription early to ensure they steal your money.
They will renew your subscription even if you cancel then have to pay to return it! I ordered an original set in September then when I got notified that "my subscription will renew in 3 days" - i cancelled on day 2 - then they charged and shipped it anyways on day 2! I then had to pay $7.40 to ship it back. Not to mention - the original order I used once, had a reaction, and can't use it anyway. Horrible customer service - has taken 20+ emails, 3 weeks, and still no refund

Please note that when a subscription is canceled, it does not affect any orders that have already been processed prior to the cancellation. This means that if an order was created before you canceled your subscription, it will still be fulfilled and shipped as scheduled. Please apply to our Guarantee for your first order to be reviewed!
