This whole experience has been amazing!
I love that it hasn't been a week yet and I am already feeling and seeing the results. I also love the fact that Froya doesn't just send out the product and that's it. The way it is set up to walk you through exactly how to use the products to be successful and create a ritual is amazing!

Elizabeth, this is such an amazing review to read!! We put so much thought into the whole experience, not just the products but the guidance on how to use them and making it feel like a real ritual. The fact that you're already seeing results in less than a week is just the cherry on top. Thank you so much for this! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Technical difficulties
There were technical difficulties placing my first order and customer service had to make some manual corrections - on Saturday! I give 10\10 for this! Thank you ❤️

Scam
I don't know if I got fakes or something but the products are awful. Smell artificial, like old fashioned soap, I don't know why they're so bright staining yellow as they're not meant to have any turmeric in them. The face scrub is actually just like bath salts, it would destroy skin barrier. I don't think they have the ingredients they say they do, just seem really cheap and weird. Some really strange 5* reviews on here that sound like bots as someone else has said. Photos on their website could easily be photoshopped/filtered. Hopefully they'll be shut down before long.

Trying to get an honest answer is quite the challenge
Trying to get an honest answer regarding cost and how to avoid a subscription has turned into quite a hassle! So much so that I cant really trust this company or all the “positive” reviews. Even when I reached out via email I’m told to “just pick the 1-time offer option” yet the website doesn’t give me that option. I sent a screenshot per their request and all I get is “that doesn’t apply…” Thinking my money is best spent elsewhere if I’m getting the run around BEFORE I even hit the purchase button! I smell a scam!!

Dear Gretchen, Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns. We sincerely apologize for the confusion and frustration you've experienced regarding our subscription options. To clarify, the Mega Gift Bundle does not have a subscription associated with it. If you are looking to make a one-time purchase, you should select the one-time offer option during checkout. It’s important to note that only products specifically marked with a subscription option can be ordered as a subscription. We appreciate your feedback and understand how vital it is to have clear information before making a purchase. If you have any further questions or need assistance with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We are here to help and want to ensure you have a positive experience with Frøya Organics.

FrEyja!
Hej, I was glad to have discovered you as I am Swedish American, and I have a belief that using ancient remedies from Scandinavia is a great way to recapture my youth. Sometimes I think that certain foods we eat, and things found in Nature are almost in our DNA. However, I'm afraid I'm going to have to cancel my subscription, as it is simply out of reach price wise. I was also a little bit disappointed to see that it was made in the USA. But, otherwise, it's all good.
Response from Froya OrganicsMar 20, 2026
Hej Karen! As a fellow Scandinavian at heart, we love that you connected with our roots and the philosophy behind Frøya. We totally understand the price concern and we appreciate your honesty about that. We hope to welcome you back whenever the time is right for you. Thank you for giving us a try and for this thoughtful review! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
