Best skincare purchase I’ve made! The feel of the balm is so rich and creamy with a nice aroma. I’ve been using the day and night balms for almost a month now and the condition and feel of my skin is so smooth and no longer dry.

Rachel!! Best skincare purchase is the best compliment we could ask for. So happy the day and night balms are working beautifully for you. Rich, creamy, and that smooth skin feeling is exactly what we want. Thank you for this!! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I order some products from Froya and for some reason another product was added to my order - probably my fault as I was looking at the rest of their site. I wrote to them over the weekend and they could not do anything as they were not working. However to my delight, Froya did see my email and all was corrected promptly this Monday. No fuss no muss.
Response from Froya OrganicsMar 15, 2026
Hei! So sorry about the mix-up with your order, but really glad we could get it sorted for you first thing on Monday. No fuss, no muss is exactly how we like it too. Thanks for being patient with the weekend timing and for sharing your experience! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Amazing products BUT.... even more amazing people! A trustworthy company with A-quality natural products, doing exactly the work they promise and, most importantly, with great people and twork-ethics -they immediately responded to my refund application after a mistake that I made.. I can't thank them enough -definitely a devoted fan!

Mary!! This title had me on the edge of my seat haha. "Amazing products BUT..." and then you go and say the people are even more amazing? That is the best plot twist ever. Seriously though, thank you. We work really hard to back up great products with great service, and knowing the refund was handled quickly for you is exactly what we want to hear. So glad to have you as a devoted fan, it honestly means the world 🙌 All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
