Ale really helped make my subscription easier
Ale really helped make the subscription changes I need easier in a prompt way. Friendly and understood what I was asking to switch. AI had only delivered answers after my original message and a human did it better as always. Not all products are available to switch and here I had tried a few products and wanted to uplevel to a set. Ale resolved and made it less of a hassle Much appreciated. Looking forward to trying more products and see the benefits I already am noticing.

I ordered the eczema cream and the acne…
I ordered the eczema cream and the acne system for women. Love the cream but unfortunately I got a rash from the acne system products ;( I wrote to customer service and Mick replied super swift and noted that they will ref the amount for the acne system. Thats what I call a great customer service! I will recommend you to everyone I know :)

I purchased the mature set because I…
I purchased the mature set because I read so many good reviews about this product but my skin is hypersensitive so after 4 days I noticed I was breaking out in hives like I have with so many other products. I sent them an email and they refunded me the full amount immediately without hesitation. That is what I call amazing customer service. I really wish my skin would have taken to it because I believe the products are great but my skin does not do well with most products other than a single oil.
