I love this product and Customer Service!
I love this product!! But what is even better, especially in the times of auto ship and online service, this company is great. The customer service is quick and easy to work with. I will definitely order from this company in the future.

Promise of full refund is not that
The promise of full refund does not apply. Only one product will be refunded/order. So don't make the same mistake of ordering many as your first try. The products didn't suit my skin. It became very irritated and dry, itchy. Got refund for one product out of three. The add through which I ordered these from never suggested this limitation of money back guarantee would excist. Just so that others won't fall into the same misleading marketing comms. I will look into this with my lawyer friend next. The refund policy states even on the advertisement on Trustpilot that there is a money back guarantee for your products (in plural). But then when I claimed for refund after my skin reacted to the three products I ordered from you, suddenly the policy only applied to one. I have already been in contact with your customer service with no resolution on the topic.

I turned 40 this year and I’m nursing 2…
I turned 40 this year and I’m nursing 2 little ones. I am also in Minnesota where winter is harsh. The wrinkles and dryness exploded on my skin and my dark circles are so bad. I had been using castor oil and tallow, but I purchased the whole kit for aging and this is hands down so much better. My skin is drinking it in and I love waking up to dewy skin.

I am 66 years old and have spent lots…
I am 66 years old and have spent lots of $$$$$ on high end water & chemical filled skincare products with little to NO results. I found Froya through my husband who has been wanting me to quit the chemical! I am on a full day 2 and starting day 3 using the anti-aging system and with the help of Froya's Chat helper, I am navigating the 'less is better', some dryness/leathery, yet overall improvement in appearance, how to clean off makeup, what to do when I need a little more moisturizing during the day, etc. I am very excited to be on this journey with Froya!
