If I ever have a question whether product related or order related and there have been a few, I have always received prompt responses with the best customer care. This company is first rate in product and in customer service and satisfaction. You are the best! 💞

Diane, "first rate in product and customer service" and "you are the best," you are way too kind!! We try so hard to show up every single time, whether it's the first question or the fifth. Knowing that comes through means everything. Thank you for this from the bottom of our hearts!! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I ordered products from Froya as a Christmas gift, and subsequently realised that I would be subject to import fees. It was my error that I hadn't checked this before. The Customer service team were very helpful and quick to reply and I have already been refunded. AM

AM, those import fee surprises can be such a frustrating situation and we really appreciate you reaching out rather than just absorbing it. Really glad we could get that sorted and refunded quickly for you. Thank you for being so understanding and for the kind words about the team! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

So far I love the products. Their customer service is second to none and the example all companies should follow. They are extremely responsive, efficient and pleasant! We need more of this kind of service.

So happy both the products AND the service are landing well for you. Thank you for this!! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I absolutely love Froya Organics and the care they put into both their products and their customers. All the products I’ve tried have been amazing for me, and the one time one wasn’t quite right for me personally, their customer team handled it with great understanding, efficiency, and a genuinely beautiful mindset. Such a rare level of customer care - thank you so much.
Response from Froya OrganicsFeb 26, 2026
This review genuinely moved me!! "A genuinely beautiful mindset" is one of the kindest things anyone has ever said about us. We do truly care about the people using our products and when something isn't right, doing the right thing is just the only option. Thank you so much for seeing that and for sharing it. This means the world to us!! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
