Eri and all of the team I have…
Eri and all of the team I have interacted with have been very kind and professional. I love the products but somehow timing for shipments got way off. I was able to return and get reimbursed unused, unopened product. I will continue to use them!

It is rare I find skin care products…
It is rare I find skin care products that both hydrate and not cause irritation. This one does that! I love the natural aspect, it’s a nice thick product and a little goes a long way. I have been using it for about a week now, love it!

Nach dem Erhalt von 3 ranzig stinkenden Tiegeln, bat ich um Rückerstattung. Die Produkte riechen wirklich sehr unangenehm, zudem wirkt die gelbe Tönung auch sehr grotesk! Leider wird mir nur mitgeteilt, dass geöffnete Produkte nicht retourniert werden können. Aber wie sonst hätte ich den Geruch feststellen können. Ganz schlechter Kundenservice!
