This is a beautiful company with beautiful products. I am using the face products and they are all beautiful. I have also just started using the hand cream which again is beautiful. If you are consistent in your orders you also get a free gift each time, which have all been really lovely and great quality. I had an issue recently with a delivery going to an old address - totally my fault - but the problem was resolved very quickly and the package resent out to my new address. I can't recommend this company and thier products enough, so long live Froya xx

This is just about the ordering process and what follows I’m sure will be amazing!! I love the fact that I placed an order earlier today, and I just got notified that it’s on its way to me!! This is how you do business…not waiting two weeks to make a label or anything like that!! This was to make sure the customer is satisfied!! And I am very satisfied!!

Customer rep responded quickly and I was able to change my subscription. Definitely liked having help respond quickly when needed. Love the products night and the day balm. Really moisturized the skin.

I had multiple requests for the Froya team, ranging from a missing order, to the cancellation a one product on subscription, and combining two other subscriptions to help save on shipping.
