Although I cannot comment on the benefits of the products themselves as I had gotten this as a present for someone else, and for myself, I was allergic to the products, I highly commend the customer service. Not only did they ship out each order promptly in excellently minimal and sturdy packaging, but customer service was paragon each time I had contacted them, especially for when I discovered that the products did not agree with my skin. In my exchanges, Froya comes across as highly conscientious, striving to offer the best experience, whether through their products and/or contact with their customers.

Gina, this is such a thoughtful and detailed review. Even though the products weren't the right fit for your skin, the fact that you still took the time to praise our packaging, shipping, and customer service means so much. We truly strive to be conscientious and offer the best experience possible, and your words show us we're on the right track. Thank you for your kindness and honesty! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I wish I could give Froya Organics 10 stars instead of just 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ When I received my order for their mature skin care routine, I absolutely fell in love with the packaging and have attached a picture of the pretty bottles. I truly feel like I’m spoiling myself each morning and night with their magical wrinkle eraser night balm and eye balm. It truly feels like I’m applying a magic potion on my face. And the smell is divine. I love love love the glow on my face after I apply the anti-age day glow balm. I look like I have a sun kissed natural glow. You don’t need to use a lot at all so one of their beautiful packages will last you a very long time. This is such a treasure that I highly recommend this for gifts for special occasions such as a Mother’s Day gift. It’s truly such a pampering experience using their natural organic products. 10 Stars all around. ✨✨✨✨✨

Christina, wow!! 10 stars?! You just made our entire week. Everything you described, from falling in love with the packaging to feeling like you're applying a magic potion, that is exactly the experience we dream of creating. And the sun kissed natural glow from the anti-age day balm? Chef's kiss. Love the Mother's Day gift idea too. Thank you so much for this incredible review! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

VN was great--professional, personable and effective! I purchased a second product by mistake and VN was prompt with helping me return it with a courtesy shipping label and refund. We had to email on several occasions and VN always got back to me quickly. Good customer service really matters when things don't go as planned and VN came through!
