Great communication
I just received my order and I’m excited to get started. I had many questions and I was so pleased and grateful at the speed I was given answers. The communication was great. I’m often frustrated with email customer service and this was excellent.

Tried a skincare system for a couple…
Tried a skincare system for a couple weeks and it didn’t work out with my skin, I reached out to Froya and they promptly refunded me after some questions and told me to give the product to someone who they might be better suited for. Very nice and sweet people!

The products are great
The products are great. I feel more hydrated and notice my skin is firmer. I enjoy how the products feel and they have a light smell that diminishes quickly. Will be ordering again, thank you.

Excellent and prompt customer service…
Excellent and prompt customer service when I experienced first a delivery delay (a proplem my end -nothing Froya did) and then transit damage to one item on receipt of my order. I contacted Froya help desk by email and everything for sorted out immediately. I'm looking forward to using the products.

The Only Skin Care That Actually Works!!
I am 64 and have tried just about everything on the market for my dry, wrinkled skin. Three weeks ago I started using all 4 of the Froya skin care products. At first I thought was my imagination, my crows feet and smokers lines seemed to be disappearing. Last night at dinner, I took my glasses off and asked my daughter if she could tell. Her eyes got big as she looked at my eyes and around my mouth and she said YES! The crows feet are basically gone and my smokers lines are slowly fading away!! This is the only product that has done this for me and I will be a customer for LIFE!! THANK YOU, FROYA!
