Excellent, quick service! I placed my first order with Froya, and there was a small hiccup when I received it. I reached out to customer support, and was not only responded to quickly, but they actually resolved the problem I had reached out about just as quickly. I am very appreciative, and it turned around what could have been a bad first taste with Froya before I even had a chance to try the product. Instead, I’m left knowing that they care about their customers, and that I can feel comfortable about coming back!

The skin balm has made my skin glow and I can see a radical difference in my skin. I will be a long term user !

> I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Froya Organics. Like several other customers, I was not aware that I was still being charged every month after I had paused my subscription. I only discovered this after approximately 10 months. During that period, I personally placed only two orders. The other monthly payments were not authorized by me, yet approximately CHF 1,000 was taken from my account. I contacted the company and asked for a clear explanation and either a refund or the products that I had apparently paid for. Unfortunately, I have received no satisfactory resolution. What is particularly frustrating is that the company continues to maintain that they have done nothing wrong. I have also noticed that my reviews have been removed and apparently classified as “unfounded”. I find this extremely concerning. I am simply describing my own experience and the transactions that were made from my account. I am requesting the return of the approximately CHF 1,000 that was charged without my authorization, or delivery of the products corresponding to the payments that I made. I strongly recommend that anyone considering a subscription carefully check their bank statements and monitor recurring payments. I will continue to share my experience until this matter is properly addressed. Removing my reviews does not resolve the underlying issue.
