I've been using the products for about…10 days
My skin feels amazing! Our climate is super dry, but with these products I don't feel like I have to reapply all day. I can already see a difference in my face. It just looks healthier.

I was very excited to try Froya…
I was very excited to try Froya products. i have ordered and after a while received information about delivery details via Royal Mail. Royal Mail delivered my order to wrong address - I have messaged customer service to raise a complaint - I’ve got an immediate response that they’re looking into this and indeed Royal Mail is at fault. I was asked to allow for a couple of days for the complaint process. This was on 28 November, I have waited until 31 December and asked for a status - no answer, sent a reminder on 11 January - no answer, and again on 19 January - no answer until 27 January where I have received information that the person dealing with my case doesn’t have any track/history of this (it’s literally in the same email!). I have sent details again on 27 January and haven’t heard since. So basically paid for the other, never received it and being ignored by customer service….

Problem Resolved!!!
I'll be honest, my relationship with Froya didn't get off to a great start. The bottle of serum arrived all leaky and half empty. I sent an email letting them know of this and in LESS than 24 HOURS the issue has been resolved and a new bottle of serum is on the way to me.
