Bad costumer service!
Two weeks after starting to use the products I already replied that for me it doesn't work. I send around 10 mails about it, canceled my next delivery, they told me to handle it over to another department and here I am. They still charged me for another delivery which I reacted upon the same day by saying I canceled the delivery. No reaction and yesterday they sent me a new order!!!! Grrrrrr

Hi Ireen, We’re truly sorry for the frustration this situation caused you. Just to clarify, the subscription was cancelled after a renewal order had already been generated. While the cancellation successfully stopped any future deliveries, that order was already underway, which understandably caused confusion. We’re glad to see that the matter was resolved with the support agent and that the return was processed, including reimbursement of the return shipping cost. That said, we sincerely regret that the overall experience did not feel smooth or supportive. I have Nordic ancestry so these products make sense
I have Nordic, Western European, and British isles heritage. I also have menopausal rosacea and I’d been using the British Skin Shop’s Kalme line and Bonjout (French) skin care. I decided to give Froya a try and so far so good I think my skin may be in the purge right now but definitely more hydrated.

Needed an order cancelled
I asked to have an autoship order cancelled before it went out and JK was on top of it! It was cancelled and refunded. Great customer service!

Frøya’s skincare line is absolutely incredible. From the very first use, I could feel and see a difference in my skin. Fantastic customer service…I needed to…
Fantastic customer service…I needed to cancel an order and they bent over backwards to make it happen. They communicated brilliantly, keeping me updated and explained why it might not happen. But it did, so win win!! Great service 👍
