the day balm creates a healthy glow
the day balm creates a healthy glow and is feeling comfortable in our cold windy weather. I really love the scrub also, my face is soft and refreshed.

Do not expect refund from this company
Products are fine no problems with them but also no extraordinary results. BUT be aware of company not correct behavior when refund is requested!!! Expect friendly answers but without any action done. As soon as you send the product back, even unopened, do not expect any refund. Only answers how they are doing their best…

Hei Martina, We’re sorry that you feel this way. As shown in our previous communication, we successfully refunded your November order without any issue. This clearly demonstrates that we do process refunds in accordance with our policy when there is no active bank dispute blocking the transaction. In this current case, a chargeback was opened with your bank. When a chargeback is active, the payment is no longer controlled by us but by the bank’s dispute system. While the dispute remains open, the funds are held within that process and we are technically prevented from issuing a second manual refund. We have been in continuous contact with you, provided documentation, and even contacted Shopify directly to clarify the status. We remain fully committed to resolving this transparently once the bank formally closes the chargeback. Kind regards, Frøya Organics Team

No Visible Differences Yet
I'm not seeing any improvements but will finish the product I have. I do not care for the greasiness of them or the smell but I will continue to use them until I have finished what I have purchased.

Love that it is all natural
Love that it is all natural , nice texture and glides on perfectly . Have not seen any changes as yet but will use until it runs out
