I ordered the day and night balm
I ordered the day and night balm. However the site set me up for a monthly subscription to BUY these products again monthly. I have nothing against recollection of signing up for this as I had no intention of using these products on a regular basis. There was a lot of heavy sales pitching and it was not easy to cancel the subscription I ended up having to pay for a February shipment and will need to go through a big rigmarole to return these products which haven’t even arrived yet and get my money returned. I won’t be using them again. The product isn’t even very good. Very heavy and the day balm had a dye in it which stains clothing.

We’d like to gently clarify that our subscription is an optional selection made by the customer at checkout, usually chosen to benefit from the initial discounted price. It’s not something we apply automatically. From our records, the subscription was cancelled after the second order had already been processed, which is why that shipment was created. We know that timing can be frustrating, and we’re happy to help make the next steps as easy as possible. If you’d like, we can provide a return label, or guide you through our return process, which is fully system-based and designed to be simple and quick — but we’re happy to proceed in whichever way you prefer. As for the product itself, skincare is very personal and we understand that what works well for some may not be the right fit for others. We appreciate you sharing your experience. Froya’s customer service is top-notch
Froya’s customer service is top-notch. Twice now, I needed a last minute cancelation of my order and they treated it like a top priority.
