I had an itchy scalp before using Froya products and now I don't. It as simple as that!

That's so great to hear!! Sometimes the best reviews are the simple ones. Itchy scalp gone, problem solved. Love it. Thanks for sharing, Jaclyn! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Best facial products I have EVER used. I have been using these products for two weeks. My face is super moisturized, which is difficult to do in such a dry climate, and glowing!
Response from Froya OrganicsFeb 24, 2026
Hey there! Best EVER? That's a huge compliment and we don't take it lightly!! Keeping skin moisturized in a dry climate is tough, so the fact that you're seeing that glow after just two weeks is amazing. So happy for you! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

The customer support was phenomenal! I used the anti aging set of for three days. Unfortunately, it turns out that I have an allergy to one of the ingredients in the balms. I developed redness and itching to the areas that it was applied. I wrote them an email describing my symptoms. It was answered by a Chatbot but it was immediately forwarded to a live person who was very helpful. Even though I could not locate my order number for the product, the representative located the order via my email and within MINUTES, I had a refund. I was told to keep the products and pass them on to someone who may be able to use them.
Response from Froya OrganicsFeb 24, 2026
Terri, thank you so much for sharing this. We're really sorry the balms caused a reaction for you, that's never fun. But honestly, it means a lot that you still took the time to leave such a kind review about the support experience. We always want to make things right as fast as possible, and we're glad our team was able to track down your order and get that refund to you quickly. We hope whoever you pass the products along to loves them! ❤️ All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I couldn’t find anything that helped with hormonal cystic acne. My skin cleared and stayed clear within a couple weeks with Froya! It is a world of a difference and I am going on almost a year of maintaining clear skin. The only thing that has not gotten better is the redness of my cheeks that also seems to be hormonal since I never had before 2 years ago. I have accepted there may not be something to clear that up.
Response from Froya OrganicsFeb 24, 2026
Almost a year of clear skin after dealing with hormonal cystic acne? That is so amazing!! We're so glad Frøya has been able to make that kind of difference for you. As for the cheek redness, don't give up hope just yet. Everyone's skin responds differently and on its own timeline. Keep doing what you're doing, and reach out to us anytime if you want to chat about what might help. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
