Life changing!
It’s 8:30pm. I’m exhausted, ski racing/horse show mom. But I'm shocked! It’s been about a week, I’m turning 45 on Thursday, and my skin has never looked this good! Will be a client for life! I have sensitive skin, redness prone, can get pretty dry. Have used every product under the sun, this is amazing.

I love the organic products
I love the organic products. I am still getting used to using them, but have done so very consistently. The daily journal is super helpful, I even took my before picture and cannot wait for the after results. The second morning I woke up, my face feels softer, even though right now I do not see a visible difference. I am also using this set of products exclusively. I did notice after the first week, I don't care whether I have face powder on or not! So that is a plus. I am using the mature skin set. I do keep forgetting that I can use the face spray throughout the day. The face scrub is amazing as well. It really scrubs withoit hurting or tearing. Super gentle.

The fact that you're already feeling a difference in skin softness by day two is a great sign, and not needing face powder? That's huge. Ultra Fast Relief Balm has been a life…

Leave yellow behind and have weird granules in them
Initially I liked the creams. They do smell a bit odd, but not bad. Very thick and waxy, and unfortunately they leave yellow/ orange on towels and pillow cases. They also started to get weird granules in them that made them feel scratchy and rough to apply. The first jar I had didn't have that, but the second round all have them- not sure if its contamination or what, but I don't like it.

Hi Collin, What you’re describing sounds like the crystallization of beeswax, which can sometimes happen in natural formulations like ours when the product experiences temperature changes during shipping or storage. This is completely normal and the product remains safe and effective to use, as outlined in our product information. If you’d like to smooth the texture, you can gently warm the balm by placing it in a bowl of warm water for a few minutes, or by leaving it in a warm spot, such as sunlight, for a short time. This usually helps the beeswax crystals dissolve and restores a smoother consistency. Just make sure the lid is tightly closed so no water gets inside the jar. Excellent customer service and product
I had an order marked as delivered but I never received it. I reached out to Froya customer service and JK advised me what to do. After exhausting my search, I filed a complaint with my USPS and sent a copy to JK. JK offered to resubmit my shipment. I am happy to say I received the 2nd shipment and am so very grateful for the excellent customer service received. This is such a great product and company! Sincerely, CA

Top tier products and customer service
Both of my customer service interactions have been top tier! Most recently, JK helped me and was so kind and quick to resolve my issue. On top of the customer service team the products are superior! I use the magic eraser night balm and its so luxurious and has helped me get through this dry winter season.
