The shipping was very fast
The shipping was very fast. I have been using the product regularly and they seem to be working well. My skin is very dry and flaky. Since using the products, my skin has been very hydrated and smooth. My foundation has gone on seamlessly.

Never received my order.
Never received my order and horrible customer service on resolving the issue. Huge risk on wasting your money.

Customer service excellence
Unfortunately one of the products was delivered shattered, but one email, over the weekend no less, was enough to get a swift resolution. Instead of making me wait until the next business day, Jason responded immediately, asking if I wanted replacement or refund. It was a seamless resolution to a one-off unfortunate incident. I am impressed with both the products and Customer Service assistance (by Jason, specifically)…. I will continue to be a subscription customer.

Great products and great customer service.
A few months ago I ordered the bundle of products and deleted the subscription but I continued with the day face glow and exfoliating powder not realising I had subsribed again! Was informed the order was on its way and I emailed immediatiely not realising I had subscribed. It was dealt with amazingly and customer service was brilliant with my account being refunded straight away. I would not only recommend the products but the company as a whole. Great experience.

Magic wrinkle eraser night balm
I've been using this product for 2 weeks, and I am really pleased with it so far. At this early stage I haven't noticed much my skin tone evening out which is why I bought it. But, as someone with extremely dry skin, it feels very nourishing and I love the smooth silky texture of my skin. Bottom line is that I love this product and would highly recommend.

After using Froya products my skin is…
After using Froya products my skin is significantly worse. It looks dull and feels dry. I have taken the decision to stop using their products. I purchased hoping for more glowing skin and help with fine lines. Sadly I look worse for it
