I love Froya Organics
I have been using Froya Organics products for about two years now. Their customer support is always prompt; they help resolve any issues that arise and are always accommodating to their customers. I am extremely satisfied—both with the company's products and with the attentive care they show toward their clients.

Fantastic customer service
While I am still testing out the product. I do want to say that the customer service is great. I forgot to cancel the subscription, emailed them and within the hour they cancelled the order. No fighting, no making me agitated, just forwarded it to the right department and emailed me confirmation. And honestly I find that great customer service means even more than the product

I have ordered more than once Froya…
I have ordered more than once Froya Organics for mature skin (and more items too). I tried not to subscribe even with the discount. When I realized I had subscribed I got freaked out. And contacted (over a weekend) to ask that my subscription be cancelled. I use products more slowly, and don’t want monthly renewals. I looked back at my order and recognized a little late that Froya’s subscriptions are very flexible. You can skip a delivery month. You can change products delivered. I was impressed. And, on Monday morning, I had in my inbox confirmation of my cancelled subscription which is what I requested (— before I realized the subscription flexibility). My point here: I love the Froya products. And their customer service is extremely responsive. I tip my hat to them.

I bought this because my skin was dry…
I bought this because my skin was dry and I felt it needed more than what I was already doing. My current face moisturizers were not working well. This product works great! I put it on at night and I'm still feeling it in the morning!
