Our products are designed to support hydration and help improve the appearance of fine lines over time. Since you started using it on February 28th, it’s still quite early in the process, as the treatment is designed to show results with consistent use over a 60-day period. That said, we understand how frustrating it can be to experience dryness or flakiness. Skin can sometimes need a short adjustment period depending on individual skin type and routine. I’d really like to take a closer look at your experience and help you get better results. Hi Jennifer, I’m really sorry to hear about your experience. Regarding the cancellation, once an order has been processed and scanned in our system, we’re unfortunately no longer able to stop or cancel it. I understand how confusing this may have felt, especially if the shipping status didn’t clearly reflect that at the time. But at that stage, it’s not possible for us to cancel it, as it has already been scanned by the warehouse and is ready to be shipped. As for the subscription, it is something selected during checkout and can be managed, modified, or cancelled at any time. That said, I completely understand this may not have been your intention, and I’m sorry for the frustration caused. I’d really like to look into your case personally and see how we can help.
