Wonderful Products but caused my skin to breakout.
I bought two of the kits with the balms for eyes, daytime, ,nighttime and the exfoliant. I have very sensitive skin but the products did not irritate my skin. I always looked forward to using the products each day. Unfortunately, the products caused me to break out. I have not had that problem as an adult. I stopped using the products for a while and my breakouts cleared. I started using the products again and the breakouts returned

Prompt response to my email
I purchased three products from your store, and while I am satisfied with their quality, it was not clear to me at the time of purchase that I would be automatically enrolled in a recurring subscription and charged again. I have sent an email to ask for cancellation of the subscription and requested a refund. The next day everything was settled.

Been using the mature kit for a couple…
Been using the mature kit for a couple of weeks now and really happy with the results. I had no idea how "hungry" my skin was ! In full menopause, I was... grey and very often woke up with red spots on or under skin... all gone and actually finding myself younger and refreshed. Powerful natural ally !

warning: onsolicited deliveries ('subscription')
Very bad experience because Froya somehow (probably not noticed some button during ordering my product) and than ending with a subscription of it:Froya started to send it monthly. After my complaint received a link for unsubscription taking you many steps and fuss. And a link for returning that refused the return.

I am loving this stuff.
I am loving this stuff. Sleeping in the magic night balm is easy and I wake up looking refreshed. The day glow balm goes on like silk, and helps hold my make up all day.

Not a glowing report
I was looking forward to receiving a newly ordered Froya cosmetic bundle. When it arrived, I opened the packaging to find 4 plastic containers. There was no information about the individual jars, apart from their descriptions on the front of the little tubs. The back of the shipping box indicated this product and it's content was made entirely in China *Not quite the natural Arctic/Nordic herbal experience advertised* Nevertheless, I have opened the jars and tried the magic wrinkle eraser in the evening as well as the anti-age insane glow, in the morning. I am not impressed by either of these, they leave my skin feeling tacky. The day glow is very orange, possibly mixed with turmeric, discolouring my skin. I don't feel they hydrate well, quite the opposite, skin feels tight, stretched and somewhat dry. I cannot recommend this product to anyone with pale, mature dry skin.

Great products and even better customer service…
I set up a subscription when a deal came up and didn't have long enough to complete the full 60 or 90 days before I lost my job and knew I couldn't keep up the subscription. One email sent and I got an almost immediate response and my subscription was cancelled. Absolutely excellent, understanding and prompt customer service. The products themselves are great, expensive but a tiny bit goes a long long way and I'm seeing a difference just a few uses in. Although I can't comment on long term use yet, I'm confident I'll be back for more once I'm working again!
