I was waiting with such excitement to finally receive my order and try the products for the first time and see what all the hype was about. Unfortunately one of the items was damaged. The glass jar was smashed into bits and I couldn't use the product at all. I immediately reached out to support and let them know of my issue. I did sent photos as well for proof. They responded immediately the next morning, as I had emailed in the evening after business hours. Support relayed to me that a new jar was on its way to me! No extra shipping charges and they did exactly what I asked, to replace my damaged item. I am 100 percent satisfied with my experience with Froya and their support. I cannot wait to receive my product and finally try it out! As for the other products, I absolutely love the way they make my skin feel so soft and supple. I am 57 years old and I live in a very dry climate, just for your reference. I will review the products again after a full 30 days of use, but as for the first time use, I am very satisfied and I am enjoying the results already from the one time overnight use.
