Hi Elizabeth, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience , we’re really sorry to hear that the products didn’t meet your expectations. We understand how disappointing it can be when you’re hoping to see results and don’t notice a difference. Skincare can vary from person to person, but that doesn’t make your experience any less valid. We’d love the opportunity to make this right and learn more about your skin type and how you’ve been using the products, as this can sometimes impact results. Please feel free to reach out to us directly so we can support you and explore a solution together. Eri [email protected]

I am very satisfied with the products, my skin is nourished and bright. It feels younger and softer. It doesn't feel oily on the skin, actually it absorbs very well and let my skin with a beautiful sensation of care. I really enjoy my routine and everytime looking forward to the next one! Thank you very much!

I had a 10 step skin care routine before I found Froya. No joke. Now, I only use their acne system, and my skin is glowing. The difference is incredible. I had a brief period of purging, but sticking with it My skin has never looked better. And it is literally one step which is amazing. I'm 33 with adult hormonal, acne and I feel like Froya has helped me feel so confident.

Autumn, this made my day!! Going from a 10 step routine down to one step and having your skin glow like that? That's exactly what we want to hear. And I'm so happy you stuck with it through the purging phase because that takes real patience. The fact that you feel more confident means everything to us. Thank you so much for sharing this. We're cheering you on! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
