After I contacted Customer Service
After I contacted Customer Service, they got back to me almost immediately! And then they resolved my concerns very quickly. Good to know they could be counted upon to be true to their word!

Excellent Service
I wanted to cancel an order that had already been processed because I had plenty of product at the time. Anjelika and the customer support team were amazing! She responded quickly, kept me up to date, and was above and beyond friendly through the process. To me, it’s more than just the product that makes a great company, it’s the people. Frøya Organics is a great company!

Customer service that truly cares
I initially had an issue with my order, and although the situation was a bit confusing at first, the support I received made a big difference. AR was very kind, responsive, and very helpful throughout the process, and my refund was ultimately handled successfully. It was honestly very relieving to feel accompanied and supported as a customer, especially when something unexpected happens. Their prompt responsiveness and willingness to help made a big difference What I appreciated most was the feeling of being truly supported and taken seriously as a customer. That care and follow through meant a lot to me and helped turn a stressful situation into a much more positive experience. This kind of customer service really reflects the values behind the brand and gives me confidence in continuing my experience with Freya. Thank you to AR and the team for the thoughtful assistance.
