I had a query about my order, where it appeared that what was being sent was not what I had ordered. After it had been checked, I was assured that the order being sent corrisponded . I was very impressed with the rapidity, I received a first reply within minutes and it was sorted out in under an hour. The Froya products really do what they promise and their customer service is efficient and courteous .

Don't buy, they are stealing from people. Subscription not worth. And itens overpriced and not all fully organic. I agreed on subscription plan initially agreed price was 69£pounds rose to 93£ on second delivery. They justify this with "For individual products, repeat subscription orders receive 15–27% off, depending on the item" Conclusion subscription is a scam. Plus, max 10 weeks between set deliveries , you will be stocking their products at your home. You can not cancel or delay subscription after first purchase. And products nothing special. Did not fix my problems.
