Really nice products, presented really nicely & customer service team is excellent. I subscribe to Froya Organics & it was no trouble for the team to amend my order for me. My favourite product is the day glow moisturizer balm, it adds a really nice glow which is perfect, especially for non makeup days

I love these products, a little goes a long way, which is exactly why I ran into an issue with my auto-ship. My next order was about to process before I’d even worked through my current refills, and I had just opened some of them. Jason from customer service stepped in at exactly the right time and got the order cancelled before it shipped. That saved me from ending up with way more product than I could realistically use and a shelf full of extras I didn’t need. The cancellation and refund process was clear and handled quickly, and the communication was solid throughout. This is one of those situations where the product is great, but the customer service is what really locks in the experience. If you’re using auto-ship, just keep an eye on your timing—but know that if something slips, their team will take care of you.

I was fed up of putting expensive creams on my face but, at the end of the day my face looked worn out. With Froya yes it takes time to see the results. It takes about 3 weeks and then things start to change. First my neck went from crepey to smooth. Then my pores in my t zone looked smaller (love this) I have been using for 3 weeks and yes it is greasy and with having issues with my t zone I was unsure but, it’s like froya has corrected this. (Don’t know why) It takes about 1 hour to sink in but, I don’t need foundation now so that’s a bonus. I did take a photo but, no one will ever see the before. I don’t care what people think of this product. (I will still buy) I don’t get paid to write this review. (That would be great if I did) It’s not cheap and I sent so many emails to this company before buying. I just wanted to say if it works like it did for me you will be happy.
