Great customer service. I ordered and use their products and love them. I didn’t realize I signed up for a subscription, so when I was notified of the second automatic order, I cancelled the subscription and reached out immediately to customer support. They were quick to respond, professional, and kept me informed of the steps being taken to cancel the order and reimburse me for the charge. The entire process took less than an hour. They went above and beyond to deal with logistics. I recommend this company.

There was a slight hiccup with shipping the product and I was unable to receive my first 2 orders. As soon as I emailed support, I got a quick response not only looking into the issue but sending me a replacement order (that DID arrive - yay!) and processing a refund for the orders that weren't able to make it to me. Their customer service is the best - I worked with Jason and he was incredibly understanding and supportive. The attention to detail, level of service, and genuine care for the people who are buying their products is next level - I certainly experienced that with the customer service team, and I'm so excited to actually get to receive the benefits of these products as well. I've only been using them for 4 days now, but my skin feels softer, lighter, and happier (skin can feel happiness, right?) than I ever remember it feeling!
