Not impressed by customer service
Not impressed by customer service. I had an allergic reaction to the wrinkle cream. The company would not give me a refund because I hadn't taken before and after photos. I pushed since this is the first time EVER a company has not given a refund in the case of an allergic reaction (I have sensitive skin), but the most they gave me was 70%. I wanted to like the product but I feel like the silly red tape surrounding refunds is a little ridiculous.

Great for sensitive skin
I love these natural products. I have super sentive skin, and this stuff works for me. I am prone to redness and flaking- I live in the desert. I find the night balm and day balm ultra moisturizing. The light natural scent is also very pleasant. If you have sensitive skin and are on the fence- try it! You will not be disappointed.

Cliche
I mean, I feel like my review is sort of a cliche. My husband, who NEVER comments on my appearance, notices new haircuts, etc. actually told me that my skin looks amazing. I've only been using Froya for a week.

Great customer service

the products are good (the day one a bit too orange/yellow). the customer service is great and very reactive i would have put only 4 stars because of the price but it's a bit low. it's a good 4.5 i think !

Frédérique, thank you for this honest and thoughtful review! The orange/yellow tint on the day cream is something we hear occasionally, and it really is just about the amount. A very thin layer is all you need, and the color fades into a nice glow. Really glad the customer service hit the mark. And a 4.5 from you feels like a great place to build from.
