Great Products AND Great Customer Service
I decided to give Froya Organics face balm and hair & scalp sets a try. My package arrived quickly but the shampoo bottle was damaged and a significant amount had leaked out. I contacted customer service and the response was prompt and helpful. They offered to ship out a replacement shampoo the same day! I was half expecting to be ghosted because I found this company on social media. Not only was the service fantastic but thus far I’ve used the face balm set for three days and my skin looks and feels amazing. I will be ordering more.

Clean, organic, & effective
I love that this is a clean organic product that actually works. My face feels hydrated & I feel confident enough to skip make up most days.

Powerfull creams
After two weeks of using the full treatment, I definitely see a positive change. My fine lines are less pronounced; they're still there, but the overall appearance is much better. No side effects, the creams are very potent and pure, and very gentle on the skin ♥️

Great for my sensitive skin
I have super sensitive skin but quite dehydrated in some parts but very oily in other parts. Rich creams made my skin break out. So far this balm feels really great. Been using it for 2-3 weeks now and my skin feels soft, hydrated and a nice glow without being greasy and oily. Also no breakouts. I have some fine lines and I feel like its helping to fade them a bit.

Excellent product & excellent customer service, I hadn’t used all my products before the next subscription was due & a quick email to Customer support sorted the issue. Jason was brilliant 🤩 Refunded money & I’ll get more when I run out. Thanks Jason

I am thrilled to find a healthy and healing skincare experience. The balms are revitalizing. The results have been nearly immediate and the routine is easy to follow. It feels great to engage a regular skincare practice again that is not rooted in chemicals and too many toxic products.
