Great customer service
I so wanted to love this product but unfortunately it was not compatible for me. Erikah in support was amazing and supported my query to resolution.

EXCELLENT Customer care.
The company has an excellent customer services team. In a day and age where customer care team(s) can never be contacted, my experience with Froya is different! Within 5-minutes of sending an email. Quick and helpful customer service
I somehow ordered two of the mature skin system products but only wanted one. I contacted customer service as soon as the confirmation of both orders went through. I am very pleased with the timely response and the correction of the error. I was not expecting this to be resolved so quickly. Thank you!
