Excellent customer service and amazing ingredients- still early days but my skin felt so soft this morning, the anti age &insane glow day balm is very orange and if you use to much - well you do look yellow/orange - as I am very pale this was a concern. Using a very small amount and massaging it in and waiting - the yellow/orange colour does fade so if like me you were hesitant because of this - give it time and just use less and massage in - the waxes in the balm make it easy to gently massage. Hope this helps and looking forward to results after using this longer.

Thank you so much, Lynsey! We love hearing that your skin is feeling so soft already and that our customer service has been excellent. Your tip about using a smaller amount of the glow balm is spot on — a little goes a long way! We hope you continue to see wonderful results as you use it longer. Thank you for your detailed and thoughtful review!

I didn’t realize my subscription would refill so quickly and I didn’t need the refill yet, Anjelika in customer service jumped right on my issue and cancelled my subscription and was able to stop the shipment as well, the customer service experience with Froya Organics was stellar and I look forward in doing business with this company in the future. Oh and side note, the products are truly amazing, loving my results!
Response from Froya OrganicsMay 6, 2026
Thank you so much, Kelly! This review has made our day! We're so glad Anjelika was able to jump right in and sort everything out for you seamlessly. We'll make sure she knows how much you appreciated her help. And it's so wonderful to hear you're loving the products too. We look forward to doing business with you for a long time to come!

I absolutely love this company and the products. I had a little mishap and ordered an item but received something I thought was different (it was my error) and they immediately sent me an email and a return label. The customer representative was very nice and polite and very helpful. Thank you Varinea and Froya! Keep up the great work. Its rare these days to get a company that cares about their customers. Thank you!
Response from Froya OrganicsMay 6, 2026
Thank you so much for this lovely review! We're so glad we could quickly send a return label and make the whole process easy for you. We'll pass your kind words on to Varinea — she'll be so pleased to hear this. We truly do care about every single customer, and your support means so much to us. Thank you!

Ordered on the 24th - website says it would be distributed from UK website in 1-2 days. It has now been a week and it has instead been sent internationally and looks to have been stuck at customs for days now. Misleading information. Customer care just say they will look into it. When I flagged it was late they could have sent it out from UK depot - but did not, Still ongoing, parcel hasn’t moved in days
Response from Froya OrganicsMay 3, 2026
Hi Lu, I’m really sorry for the frustration this has caused. I completely understand how disappointing this must be, especially when the delivery didn’t match what was expected. It looks like your order may have been routed differently than intended, which can sometimes lead to customs delays. That said, you absolutely should have received clearer communication and better support from us, so I truly apologize for that. Could you please share your order details with me here or via direct message? I’d like to personally look into your shipment, provide you with a clear update, and make sure we get this resolved for you as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience. I’ll take care of this with you. Erikah CS manager
